Bob was a new friend during the last five or six years. What a guy! We quickly found the common ground with his partnership with my Brother-in-law Wendell Martin, plus all the other past connections with my Shortridge background and activity at First Presbyterian church in Bonita Springs,Fl. I quickly recognized what a classy guy he was and certainly will miss him at the renion this week, plus other activities. My sincere condolence to the entire Wade family.

JoAnne,
We have never met but have known Bob my entire career as a lawyer in Indianapolis for the last 30 years. Bob was such a fine lawyer and gentleman. I always enjoyed visiting with him, most recently at Lawyer’s Club dinners. Three years ago our family spent Christmas in Bonita Springs and attended the Christmas Eve service at your church. I ran into to Bob that night at the service and enjoyed a few minutes of conversation. I am sorry for your loss. Jon Abernathy
